Missio Dei Oakland (MDO) is an Urban House Church Network that serves the poor in the Bay Area. Our vision is to exalt Jesus Christ and see His kingdom shine in the brokenness of our world.

Our church plant started in Oakland but we are also committed to serving where poverty is growing the most in America: The Suburbs. While Oakland remains the hub of our work, we have expanded our ministry to Antioch/Pittsburg/Bay Point (APB). We now serve three city-regions: Oakland, APB, and Richmond. All of our ministry sites have staff on the ground and opportunities to partner with us.
